"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age"

Matthew 22:36-40

Two Passages of Scripture Clarify Our Mission As a Church:

The Great Commandment - "Teacher, which is the great commandment of the law?" Jesus said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest comnandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets" (Matthew 22:36-40)

The Great Commission -Jesus said "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:19-20)

These verses define our mission as followers of Christ personally, locally, and globally. We use a simple statment to help us understand and remember this mission and to focus our church on these core elements LOVE...CONNECT...SERVE and you can see these further down this page. You'll see this simple concept used throughout our church.

Our ministries and activities are centered on these three areas which help us to live out the biblical example of the New Testament church in today's world.
