But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Love. Connect. Serve.

We use this simple statement to help us understand and remember our mission and focus as a congregation. Learn more about What We Believe.

  • We are community that is formed by the God’s love for us, so everything we do together is shaped by our love back to Him! We love because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).

  • We have been united to Christ by faith alone. That connection to our Savior links us together, so we seek to obey Him by loving each other (John 15:1-17) in the context of gathering weekly on the Lord’s Day.

  • We are convinced that this Gospel call includes more than simply receiving grace from God. It also means we serve and obey God out of gratitude for all He’s done! We seek to serve our community throughout the week (1 Peter 4:7-11, Hebrews 13:16).

What is The Gospel?

The Christian Gospel is simple enough to be explained in a brief presentation, but it has the power to change millions of people’s lives all around the world and has been studied by some of the greatest minds from the last two thousand years.

It’s a message from the Bible about God and His world and the choices we make in our lives. At its heart is the life and work of one man, Jesus Christ.

“A little knowledge of God is worth more than a great deal of knowledge about him.”

— J.I. Packer
